Most powerful Lotus road car ever features a 3.5 liter V6 engine with an output of 444 PS (327 kW / 438 hp).

Lotus has introduced its most powerful road car ever in the Evora GTE Limited Edtion.

Previously limited to the Asian market, Lotus has expanded this street-legal variant of its GTE race car for global availability. The Evora GTE road car is meant to celebrate the brand's participation in the GTE racing series.

The 3.5 liter V6 engine on the GTE produces 444 PS (327 kW / 438 hp) and is mated to a sequential AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) racing gearbox. The hand-built car rides on lightweight, forged alloy rims with central locking wrapped with Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tires. Lotus makes use of carbon-fiber in the Evora GTE's construction so as to reduced weight by 105 kg (227 lbs) over the standard Evora model.

Carbon fiber is also used to outfit the interior, with the lightweight Recaro seats made of carbon and carbon trims adorning the cabin complemented by a leather finish.
