A month after TH!NK declared bankruptcy, the company has been bought by Boris G. Zingarevich.

While the name doesn't ring a bell, he's a "prominent international technology entrepreneur" who sits on the board of directors of Ener1 Incorporated. Additional information is limited, but the tiny EV will continue to be built by Valmet and will be marketed by the newly-formed Electric Mobility Solutions. Furthermore, the company will introduce a facelifted TH!NK City in early 2012.

In a statement Zingarevich said "Having achieved the position of one of the world's most highly regarded electric vehicle products, the TH!NK brand is a valuable asset that deserves to continue its key role in the global shift to electrification."
