Workers caught drinking and smoking on camera near a Chrysler plant where they work.
Chrysler workers are drunk again.
Hey, that sounds like it could make a good country song!
Chrysler workers have been caught drinking and smoking (oh, the humanity!) near the automaker's Trenton engine plant where they work. The Detroit automaker has promised to identify and suspend those workers it found violated rules related to drinking during work hours.
The group were caught on camera by a FOX network news team.
This is not the first time this has happened. Just last September a group of Chrysler workers were caught drinking on the job (by a FOX crew too) at the Jefferson North Assembly Plant in Detroit. Most of them were fired.
Chrysler issued a statement yesterday saying it would not tolerate such misconduct and that "more decisive action may be required to ensure that this behavior does not continue."
