A total of seven hybrid Lexus LS 600h models will transport members of the royal family for the ceremonies.
Here is a royal Lexus.
This special Lexus LS 600h L (hybrid, extended wheelbase) will serve as the official wedding car at the nuptials of Prince Albert II of Monaco and Ms. Charlene Wittstock which takes place Saturday July 2, 2011.
The car is one of seven hybrid LS 600h models that will be used to transport members of the royal family and other guests at the wedding party.
The car will take the newlyweds on their tour through the streets of Monaco after the ceremony and promises to operate in zero-emission electric mode for more than 85 percent of the parade.
Sure beats that old Aston Martin that William and Kate used at their royal shindig...in terms of emissions, that is.
