Video shows limited edition 599 SA Aperta roadster in all its detail - only 80 units of the car will be made.
This video comes to us courtesy of our colleague Marco (aka Marchettino) who has filmed the limited edition Ferrari 599 SA Aperta in all its detail.
The SA Aperta (which means open in Italian) is a roadster version of the Ferrari 599. The 'SA' refers to Sergio and Andrea Pininfarina - the father and son team that once led the famed Italian coachbuilder. The Aperta comes with a manually removable soft-top roof.
The roadster is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 engine producing 670 PS (493 kW / 661 hp) and 620 Nm (457 lb-ft) of torque - same engine found in the 599 GTO. The 1705 kg (3759 lb) 599 SA Aperta accelerates from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3.6 seconds and has a top speed of 325 km/h (202 mph).
Only 80 units of the car will be made, all of which have secured buyers already. In the video, we even get to see the badge on the car that reads '1 of 80' - very succinct.
