The legend of the Mercedes G-Class is continuing as the company has announced two new special editions.
First up, the Edition Select is a €6,735 trim package for the long-wheelbase model. It is distinguished by a two-tone paint scheme, an AMG sports exhaust and black 18-inch alloy wheels. Inside, there's two-tone designo leather upholstery and piano black wood trim.
Lastly, the BA3 Final Edition is based on the short-wheelbase model and celebrates its end of production.
On the design front, the SUV features body-color fender flares, an AMG grille and 18-inch alloy wheels. Interior highlights include black leather seats, burr walnut trim and ambient lighting.
Under the hood, two engines are available. The G 350 BlueTEC has a six-cylinder diesel that produces 155 kW (211 PS / 208 hp) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft), while the G 500 uses a 5.5-liter V8 petrol with 285 kW (388 PS / 382 hp) and 530 Nm (391 lb-ft) of torque.
In Germany, the G 350 BlueTEC BA3 Final Edition is priced from €90,511 while the G 500 goes for €100,685 (including 19% VAT).
