German tuner offers to dial output on the X5 M up to 670 PS (493 kW) and 950 Nm of torque. The tuning job also includes the Flash Evo M body kit and 22 or 23-inch wheels.
German tuner Hamann does the BMW X5 M and renames it the Flash Evo M.
The tuning job begins by providing a body kit to match the extra power Hamann pumps under the bonnet. There's a front spoiler with LED daytime running lights and large air intakes for the engine and brakes. A new carbon fiber bonnet is added with air inlets to feed the power plant beneath it. Additionally, the body kit includes side sill bars, fender extensions, side wings for the wheel arches, a rear spoiler, roof spoiler and carbon fiber mirror heads. The tuner also adds a sport exhaust system with the center-mounted double-pipes integrated into the new diffuser.
For the engine tuning, Hamann boost output on the X5 M to 610 PS (449 kW) and 780 Nm of torque - up from the series' 555 PS (408 kW) and 680 Nm of torque.
But if you'd like more, Hamann also has the HM 670 sports kit good for 670 PS (493 kW) and 950 Nm.
The progressively wound suspension springs help lower the SUV by 30 mm so that it can better handle its 300 km/h top speed.
To roll on are 22 or 23-inch light alloy wheels.
On the inside is the sport steering wheel and a finish that includes quilted leather with contrasting stitching and Alcantara. Hamann tops it off with a carbon and stainless-steel sill plate with the tuner's illuminated logo.
