Audi has unveiled the A7 Sportback. It features coupe-like styling and a functional hatchback design.

Audi has unveiled the A7 Sportback in Paris.

Designed to be the ultimate luxury hatchback, the A7 features sporty styling, LED taillights, and 18-inch alloy wheels (19 and 20's are optional).

Inside, the cabin has a 6.5-inch MMI display, aluminum trim, and up to 49.1 cubic feet (1,390 liters) of cargo capacity. Options include wood trim, a 1,300 watt Bang & Olufsen audio system, GPS navigation, four-zone climate control, and a heated steering wheel.

Under the hood, four V6 engines will be offered. Petrol choices include a 2.8-liter FSI with 150 kW (201 hp / 204 PS) and a supercharged 3.0-liter TFSI with 220 kW (295 hp / 299 PS). On the diesel side, customers can choose from two 3.0-liter TDIs rated at 150 kW (201 hp / 204 PS) and 180 kW (241 hp / 245 PS).

The A7 will go on sale later this fall with a base price of €51,650.
