Our spies have caught the first pictures of the 2012 BMW M6 Cabriolet on the Nürburgring.

While heavily camouflaged, the car closely resembles the Concept 6-Series Coupe which will debut at the Paris Motor Show. Noticeable styling features include an aggressive front bumper, a double-buttress roof and a four-tailpipe exhaust system.

Under the hood, power will likely be provided by a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 with 555 hp (408 kW / 563 PS) to 570 hp (425 kW / 578 PS). This should enable the convertible to accelerate from 0-60 mph (96 km/h) in less than 4.5 seconds.
