Ford has unveiled the updated 2011 SVT Raptor.
Design wise, nothing much has changed. There's a newly available SuperCrew (four-door) model, revised graphics, and an updated color palette.
Inside, the cabin is outfitted with a 4.2-inch LCD productivity screen (which displays various vehicle information), express up/down front windows, a 110V power inverter, and a telescoping steering wheel.
On the options list, there are a couple of new packages. The Plus Package has a rear view camera and trailer brake controller, while the Luxury Package boasts power folding mirrors and a remote starting system.
Under the hood, power is provided by a newly-standard 6.2-liter V8 with 411 hp (306 kW / 417 PS) and 434 lb-ft (588 Nm) of torque. It is connected to a SelectShift automatic transmission which "doesn't second-guess the driver, giving him or her total control over gear selection."
