China is getting its own exclusive Bentley, the Continental Flying Spur Speed China. The engine remains the same 6.0-litre motor.
At the 2010 Auto China Motor Show in Beijing, Bentley is exhibiting two special models exclusively made for the Chinese market. One is the Continental Flying Spur Speed China. The super four-door luxury sedan will still be built at Crew alongside other Bentleys, but will feature some Chinese-specific attributes.
These include a bespoke ‘comfort' suspension setting that helps create a superior ride quality for all occupants, a retuned exhaust for a quieter sound, ‘Speed China' treadplates, a ‘B' emblem on both C pillars and wing badges. The interior features rear leather cushions embroidered with Bentley wings, while every car sold will come with a special display case for the ignition key.
The engine is still the usual W12 unit that pushes the car from 0 - 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and helps it achieve a top end of 322 km/h (200mph).
