Front and rear details of the 2012 Chevrolet Aveo hatch were spotted when the car was spied with less cammo.

New spy pictures of the 2012 Chevrolet Aveo hatchback have come through. Previously the car was spotted in full camouflage as it went about testing in winter conditions. With the sun coming out in northern hemisphere skies, some of that heavy camouflage has been shed in favour of black and white spots. Consequently more front and rear details can now be seen.

All that ducking and diving from our cameras may be in vain since the official next-generation Aveo sedan pictures were accidentally released already. It looked racy, like the Aveo RS Concept car and featured a classy Cruze-like two-tone interior.

The Aveo is placed between the Cruze and the Spark, and competes with the likes of VW Polo, Mazda2 and Toyota Yaris. It will be launched in early 2011 and will be eventually offered in both sedan and hatchback.
