The MOTION features Dual Powertrain Technology (DPT) and a unique all-wheel drive system.
Kepler Motors has released new information about the MOTION supercar, ahead of its official unveiling at the Dubai International Motor Show.
Designed to redefine "the paradigms of the supercar with unprecedented performance, style, exclusivity, safety and efficiency", the MOTION features Dual Powertrain Technology (DPT) and a unique all-wheel drive system. The front wheels are turned by a 250 hp electric motor, while the rear wheels are motivated by a heavily-modified 550 hp Ford EcoBoost twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6. This setup allows the MOTION to accelerate from 0-60 mph in less than 2.5 seconds, before hitting a top speed in excess of 200 mph.
Besides the advanced powertrain, the MOTION boasts a carbon fiber monocoque chassis, an active suspension, active aerodynamics, launch control, a programmable track assistant system, and Continuous Carbon Ceramic (C3) AeroRotors from StopTech.
Production will be limited to 50 units, and the first deliveries are expected to occur in 2011.
