Toyota has revealed UK pricing information for the 2010 Land Cruiser (formerly known as the Land Cruiser Prado).
Starting at £29,795 (OTR), the base LC3 trim level features 17-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, roof rails, fog lamps, a climate control system, Bluetooth connectivity and a ‘Smart Entry and Start' system. Moving further up, the LC4 adds three-zone climate control, 18-inch alloy wheels, a power folding third row seat, leather upholstery, heated front seats, automatic headlights, auto-dimming rear-view mirrors, a rear parking monitor, and a 17-speaker JBL audio system with GPS navigation and 10GBs of music storage.
The range topping LC5 boasts everything from the LC4 as well as an adaptive variable suspension (with active height control), a sunroof, and crawl control (aka hill decent control). Other goodies include a multi-terrain monitor (which uses front and side view cameras to show the areas surrounding the vehicle), a steering angle display, a multi-terrain selection system (with four modes), and a rear seat entertainment system.
Available exclusively in a five-door body style, all UK Land Cruisers are equipped with a 3.0-liter D-4D diesel engine that produces 171 bhp and 410 Nm of torque. Backed up by a five-speed automatic transmission, the Land Cruiser accelerates from 0-62 mph in 11.7 seconds before topping out at 109 mph.
