Lexus has enhanced its flagship LS 600h and LS 600h L for 2010. The cars are now Euro V compliant while several exterior and interior changes were made to keep things nice and fresh.

Lexus announced some upgrades and new additions to the 2010 MY LS range at Frankfurt. The revisions affect the hybrid models which have been perked up.

The LS 600h and the long wheelbase LS 600h L full hybrids now feature new compact hybrid battery packaging which saves space but improves performance and efficiency. The Lexus Hybrid Drive system now meets the stringent Euro V emissions standards.

The exterior has a new four-bar grille and the front bumper features redesigned air intakes and foglamps. LED turn signals, a lower bumper design with vertical fins and new daytime running lights make for a fresh look.

The interior boasts a new full colour TFT LCD display unit, a three-ring analogue dial with a central speedometer, a tachometer and coolant temperature gauge, a 19-speaker Mark Levinson Premium Surround Sound System, Bluetooth connection and a 10GB hard drive.

UK customers can order the new cars today but deliveries will only take place in early 2010.
