The 2010 Jaguar XJ configurator has hit the web, and we priced out a beauty!

Those of you looking to purchase a 2010 Jaguar XJ will be happy to toy around with the new configurator the automaker has launched.  The system allows potential customers to choose between the car's eight different variants, and a modest amount of options.

We built a Jag XJ LWB SuperSport with a 5.0-liter supercharged V8.  The car, in British Racing Green, has a tan interior and oak veneer.  The car comes with many standard features, like the 1200 Watt Bowers & Wilkens stereo, virtual instrumentation, dual view screen with sat-nav and hard drive, stability control, amongst many other features.

For our saloon, we chose to reject the £1,800 drivers assistance package in favor of the built-in garage opener, and wood/leather, heated, three-spoke steering wheel.  We also added the WhiteFire wireless headphone system, and the digital radio receiver.  Accessories we chose were the chrome and rubber pedals, and the locking lugnuts, but there was no pricing listed for those items.

Total cost of the WCF Jaguar XJ: £89,200 including taxes and fees.
