Airfare is expensive and Swiss restaurants aren’t much better. Stay home and see the Geneva show with us.
It’s a common refrain amongst car writers that Geneva is the most fun show to cover, every year. It’s the show with the highest percentage of ultra luxury and high performance vehicles for us to see and write about, located in a cool city that none of us mind spending a little time in.
Even in that context, this year’s show was pretty spectacular. New (and important) models from Ferrari, Aston Martin, and McLaren will undoubtedly end up on magazine covers and in action movies. Mercedes was heavy on the concept car front, and we were privy to still more visions of advanced electrification and autonomy. And sprinkled on every stand, in come cases in headlining roles, were cars that actual people will be able to purchase in the near future.
Since we clearly enjoyed ourselves, we highly encourage any Motor1 readers in the Geneva area to visit the show this week. For those of you that can’t make it to Switzerland, though, we’ve got you covered. We sent our videographer to some of the most important and most popular vehicles at the Geneva show this year, to assemble a virtual tour.
Sit back and enjoy the show as if you were there with the video above. If you’d like to see more live commentary from Geneva, you can have a look at our Facebook page, where various editors recorded hot takes of multiple show stands.
