The Peugeot 3008 got caught during testing in Eastern France. Completely undisguised, the 3008 looks like it is ready to compete with the Nissang Qashqai and Volkswagen Tiguan.

New spy shots of the the Peugeot 3008 have surfaced, showing the Nissan Qashqai competitor completely undisguised.  Picked up along the eastern part of France, the photographer got clear shots inside and out.

The crossover looks similar in many ways to the bigger 4007, but with more smoothness and fluid lines.  Headlights are slanted, and somewhat reminiscent of the 308 RC Z coupe. The off-roader will share engines with the MINI, including the 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder model.  A 2.0-liter HDi diesel is also expected.  It is also believed the car will come standard as a front-wheel-drive, with 4WD also available.

The Peugeot 3008 should arrive in dealerships next year.
