Join us from the Land Rover stand in Paris, as we show you the all new Discovery.
The Land Rover Discovery has gone by many names over its history in the U.S. And while we've always had an affinity for the big, three-row Landie when it was LR3 and LR4, we've got to say that we think Discovery ("Disco") is the title it's deserved this whole time.
You may have already read about the 2017 Discovery in our official post, but nothing tells the story of a vehicle quite like video. We're reporting in from the show floor here at the Paris Motor Show, to let you know, among other things, how those very smart seats work when up close and personal.
The rest of the Discovery stats are more expected than the infotainment controlled chairs, to be sure, but they still define an exciting package. Two engine options, gas and diesel. A reasonably brisk 0-60 run thanks to a maximum of 340 horsepower. And all of the off-roading ability that you'd expect from anything wearing the Land Rover badge.
And, just like its Discovery Sport brother, it won't break the piggy bank as long as you've been a moderate saver. Prices range from about $50,000 for the starting model, to around $75k for the well optioned First Edition.
If you haven't yet, now would be a great time to subscribe to our YouTube page. Not only will you find the Disco video there, but we'll be shooting and uploading lots more content from Paris.
