Development work continues on the 2015 McLaren P13 as our spies have caught the model undergoing testing on the Nürburgring.

Snapped wearing a 12C Spider body, the development mule is being used to test McLaren's highly-anticipated entry-level sports car. While there isn't much to see, Ron Dennis has previously confirmed the model will use a carbon fiber MonoCell that is similar to the one used on the MP4-12C.

Power will likely be provided by a 3.8-liter V8 engine that develops approximately 450 bhp (335 kW). It will be connected to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission which could enable the model to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in less than four seconds and hit a top speed of roughly 322 km/h (200 mph).

McLaren expects to sell 2,500 P13s annually and pricing will start at approximately £120,000 ($184,860 / €139,345).
