2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7R rendered by Jon Sibal

Jon Sibal has revealed his digital interpretation of a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7R.

The car everyone's talking about these days is certainly the new Corvette so it shouldn't come as a surprise that already renders of derivative versions are available. This one is made by Jon Sibal who created an American LeMans-inspired C7R version which looks totally sinister. Showing exposed carbon fiber, matte black graphics, center locking hub wheels and yellow lightning, the Corvette C7R means business.

There aren't any details from Corvette Racing about the C7's racing aspirations but should be a very interesting car since the previous C6.R borrowed some of its tech from the C7, meaning its successor will be even more impressive.
