Ferrari delivered a 599XX Evo to Google executive Benjamin Sloss at a special ceremony in Monza.
Auctioned off earlier this year, to support earthquake victims in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy, Sloss had the winning bid of €1.4 ($1.8 / £1.1) million. It was personally delivered to the Californian native by Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo as well as Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa.
Originally introduced at the 2011 Bologna Motor Show, the 599XX Evo features an aerodynamic styling package, lightweight components and a 6.0-liter V12 engine that produces 750 PS (740 bhp / 552 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. Thanks to the powerful engine, the model was able to lap the Nürburgring Nordschleife in just 6:58.16.
