The fourth generation Range Rover will break cover at the Paris Motor Show at the end of next month, but we will have to wait a little longer for its sportier cousin. The Sport variant will be saved for a 2013 unveiling but fear not, here is a video showcasing a pre-production prototype doing an early round of testing.
The highly effective blurry camouflage attempts to hide the styling of the upcoming model. Inspiration appears to be drawn from the well received Evoque rather than a simple evolution from the more conservative previous generation Range Rover.

Power options are set to carry over from the existing model with the range topped off by the supercharged 5.0-liter V8 unit that produces 510hp. We also expect to see a plug-in hybrid hit the line-up sometime in 2015.
