Roush Details New Mustang RS in Gorgeous Grabber Blue
Roush sure knows how to tune a Mustang. Its new RS package adds some much-needed oomph to the lineup, while its aero-focused design makes the vehicle a little easier on the eyes. And it all comes in at a pretty reasonable price. But one thing that hasn’t been present in previous Roush Mustangs, was the inclusion of the Mustang’s iconic Grabber Blue paint scheme. That all changed recently with the introduction of the color on two of the first RS1 and RS2 Mustangs to leave the facility. Roush posted up the images on social media, and though it’s hard to tell the RS1 and RS2 apart (aside from badging), dig a little deeper into the engine bay and you'll find all the details you need. The RS1 utilizes the stock 2.3-liter 4-cylinder EcoBoost engine under the hood, and boosts it to 310 horsepower for just an extra $8,000 on top of the price of your base Mustang. The RS2, on the other hand, takes the 5.0-liter V8, and lets it run wild with 435 horsepower for just an extra $10,000 on top of your base Mustang GT.
The two packages are already desirable as they are, add on the handsome Grabber Blue paint job, and Roush might have a hard time keeping these things in stock.
