It’s the first time Super Duty has ever offered an STX model.
Ford is bringing back a well-known trim level name to inject a bit more style into the F-150 lineup, and it will also make the package available on the F-Series Super Duty for the first time. The 2017 Ford F-150 and Super Duty models will now offer an STX Appearance package, resurrecting a name seen on the F-150 in the past.
On the 2017 Ford F-150, STX slots in between XL and XLT trim levels. It adds 20-inch wheels with dark-gray pockets, a black grille, body-color front and rear fascias, Sync 3 with an 8-inch touchscreen, tinted windows, black cloth sport seats, a steering column-mounted shifter, fog lights, and STX decals. The STX is offered with the F-150’s 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6, 5.0-liter V8, and 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engines, in either SuperCab or SuperCrew configurations, and will start from $35,615.
The STX treatment will also be offered for the F-250 and F-350, to which it adds a chrome front grille, chrome step bumpers, STX fender badges, different wheels, cruise control, and an AM/FM radio with a CD player. Pricing starts at $34,910 for the 2017 Ford F-250 STX and $36,080 for the F-350.
The STX models are available to order now.
