Porsche 822 Compact Concept by Emeric Baubant

Design student Emeric Baubant imagined a whole new look for the Porsche lineup with a smaller, more efficient 822 compact car.

Developed via Baubant's four month internship at the Porsche design studio in Austria, the 822 is set to rival the likes of the BMW 1 Series M and the Audi RS3. With a rear-engine, four-seat layout, the compact combines both style and performance in a signature Porsche package.

Emeric doesn't specify what kind of details an 822 would bear, but we expect something similar to the 4- or 6-cylinder engine found on the BMW 1-Series and Audi RS line.
