This eBay Ford Fiesta ST is One Slick SEMA Show Car

If you can dream it, the annual SEMA Show in Las Vegas has it, at least in regards to jaw-dropping show cars and over-the-top customs. Over the past few years many custom car builders have been making waves on the show floor, but one in particular is Southern California’s Tjin Edition—the makers of this striking hot hatch.  We caught up with designer and builder Neil Tjin at the 2014 show, where his basketball-inspired Honda Fit won Honda’s design competition, but hadn’t realized he had another car in attendance. This wild 2014 Ford Fiesta ST was it, and now he says it’s time to part ways with the sleek fast Ford. It has since hit the eBay auction block, and it’s garnering quite some attention. So, onto the obvious question—what’s been done to it? The Ford Fiesta ST is said to have originally been delivered in Shadow Black with the navigation package and Molten Orange Recaro sport seats. Now, it’s a tad bit different. The Fiesta was given a racy 3D Carbon rear spoiler, a set of custom-built projector headlights and LED fog lights, an Eibach anti-roll kit, and now it sits low thanks to an Air Lift air suspension kit. The air tank lives happily in the trunk. Then came a body respray in Quicksand tan, courtesy of the Toyota FJ Cruiser color palate, followed by some performance goodies. The Fiesta ST boasts a Cobb Tuning Accessport ECU tuner and matches it with new Cobb engine mounts, cat-back exhaust, downpipe, intercooler, and air intake. It’s safe to say that 1.6-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder ought to be capable of a little bit more than its stock 197 horsepower now. RELATED: Hennessey Unleashes Hell with Twin-Turbo 1,032HP Hellcats

On its feet, the Fiesta wears a pair of MHT Supreme Classics Big Slot wheels, which were originally painted a brilliant white when the car debuted at SEMA. Nowadays they sport a matte black finish… you can argue amongst yourselves about which look best. Post-SEMA, the Tjin Edition Fiesta ST also went on display at the Canadian International Auto Show, and has since toured around to local events in Southern California. Next stop, your driveway?
