All-New Honda Ridgeline Pickup Will Debut at 2016 Detroit Auto Show

It’s not everyday that we get a fun, functional Japanese pickup truck (sans Tacoma). But Honda has dropped first details and a teaser of its all-new Ridgeline. Said new Ridgeline will debut in January at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show—consider us curious. According to early reports from Autoblog, the new Ridgeline will feature a typical, thoughtful Honda interior, and rest competitively in the mid-size range against the Chevy Colorado, Toyota Tacoma, and GMC Canyon. The truck will sit atop a unibody frame, and feature a more conventional design—staying away from the quirkiness of the previous generation. Other than that, details on the new pickup are still extremely slim. We’ll keep our eyes peeled as the truck should debut sometime before or during the Detroit Auto Show next month.
