Zenos Makes Things Interesting With 350HP E10 R, Upcoming Coupe
If you don’t know the name Zenos, you will soon enough. The British-based automaker released its lovable-looking E10 track toy just two years ago, but already has big plans ahead for the rest of the lineup—starting with an even hotter version of its affordable sports car. The company is teasing an all-new E10 R that very well may put to use Ford Focus RS power. According to Autocar, it's guaranteed to be the “most thrilling Zenos model yet,” the lightweight vehicle will pump out 350 horsepower and deliver “greater performance and driving thrills” than ever before. At least we hope. RELATED: See Photos of the Handsome Zenos E10
Along with a more powerful engine, the car will get upgraded brakes, a more responsive gear shift, and a few modifications to the exterior design. Though, don’t expect a drastic departure from the classic E10 in terms of styling.
But the E10 R is just the beginning for the upstart automaker. While the E10 R will be the marque’s third vehicle behind the E10 and E10S, two more vehicles will be on the market in the next few years. Expected for 2016 is a new E11 roadster, and for 2018 a coupe version will be available to buyers. Consider our interests piqued.
