The Car Collection of Vikings Running Back Adrian Peterson

Adrian Peterson is a record-setting running back for the Minnesota Vikings. He’s had his run-ins with the law but that hasn’t stopped him from being a fan favorite. Off the field, he works hard on building his car collection. But there’s nothing fancy about his set of four-wheel vehicles. Peterson seems more intent on building a stable of luxury vehicles sans automotive glitz. He did win a Cadillac (above) after being named MVP during the 2008 NFL Pro Bowl – but it’s not known where the car ended up. RELATED: See Photos of the 2008 BMW 750i

One of his vehicles is a 2006 BMW 750i. It’s been heavily customized and was most likely purchased after he was drafted by the Vikings. As our own George Kennedy reported, “The custom touches include larger aftermarket rims, chromed out front grille and lower front grille, and the nice touch of color-matching black taillights.” Nice customization but not overboard in bling. Peterson had to sit out the 2014 season after being arrested on child-injury charges. His long absence, though, didn’t matter to Vikings fans who gave him a standing ovation when he returned in his first home game on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2015. It should come as no surprise this Texas native owns a Ford F-150 among his vehicles. It looks fairly stock from shots shown on YouTube. The closest he comes to flashy may be the black BMW M6 he is shown owning. It is rated at 560 horsepower. It seems like a nice complement to his BMW 750i. Another flashy vehicle in his lineup would be his white Cadillac Escalade. RELATED: See What Kind of Car Adrian Peterson Is
Of course, Peterson is not just known for the vehicles he collects. He’s also known for those he gives away. In 2013, he gave his offensive line Artic Cat snowmobiles in thanks for his being named MVP for the 2012 season where he rushed for 2,097 yards.
