This Hennessey F-150 from "Top Gear" Will Cost You $150,000

It isn’t often that you can call up a car company and say, “Hello, I’d like to buy the exact car that was driven on the set of Top Gear.” However, this is one of those exceptions.  Texas tuning shop Hennessey Performance has offered up for sale a VelociRaptor Ford F-150, which starred in multiple Top Gear films over the past year. Its most famous appearance came during season 22 of the television program, which saw Jeremy Clarkson at the wheel in an attempt to save a stranded Richard Hammond in British Columbia. That stunning performance and provenance doesn’t come cheap, however. The striking VelociRaptor is listed on Hennessey’s website for $150,000. Then again, there’s quite a lot of off-roader for the money. Built using the heady Ford F-150 SVT Raptor as a basis, Hennessey Performance added a 2.9-liter supercharger to the mix, along with an air-to-water intercooler, upgraded fuel injectors, reworked air intake, and a Magnaflow cat-back exhaust. Total punching power stands at a tall 623 horsepower at 5,700 rpm, which can urge the off-road Ford from zero to 60 mph in 5.2 seconds and through the quarter mile in only 13.6 ticks of the watch face. Also included in the setup are front-and-rear FabFour bumpers, a 50-inch light bar, 10,000 lb. Warn winch, in-bed tire carrier, and Method MR301 wheels wrapped in off-road tires. The trail gear undoubtedly helped as Jeremy Clarkson made his dash through British Columbia’s snow covered mountains, and likely came into play during the VelociRaptor’s second Top Gear appearance–a one-on-one test against the Mercedes G500 4x4 for Top Gear magazine. The Hennessey VelociRaptor even netted a third presence at the hands of the Stig during a timed lap around the Top Gear test track, shown above. Talk about screen time. Hennessey Performance lists the VelociRaptor with a mileage reading of 10,000 miles. RELATED: Watch Jeremy Clarkson's 11 Best Top Gear Moments
