This Fiero-Based Ferrari Kit Car is of Questionable Quality
Building a kit car is something that requires time and patience. It also requires some creativity and for you to know what you’re doing! Some more legit “component car” companies like Factory Five Racing recommend a weekend course at one of their facilities before building one of their hot-rods. Somethings tells me this was not the case in this Fiero-based Enzo Ferrari kit car. We’ve seen many kit cars based off the Fiero, but even in the myriad of strange creations that use the mid-engined Pontiac as its base, this has to be one of the strangest. And it is available for sale on Craigslist. Buy…at your own risk! RELATED: See images of the REAL Ferrari Enzo supercar
The seller, from the Newark area, claims it has “gullwing doors,” but really has scissor doors, like on a Lamborghini. We’d point out to the seller that the Enzo actually has “butterfly” style doors, but that little hangup is the least of this car’s problems. In fact, we’re impressed they were actually able to pull off an exotic door style.

The whole thing really is a hot mess. From the front, we can’t tell if some body panels are even symmetrical. But perhaps the most absurd thing is the faux V12 facade in the clear engine bay, giving way to the stock Fiero engine.

The seller says the engine needs a tune-up, as it has been sitting for the last eight years. Oh yeah, and it is going to need a smog and VIN verification. So…good luck with all that.
