Watch How a Pepsi Can Becomes a DeLorean Time Machine
The DeLorean DMC-12 is instantly recognizable, not just for its unique finish and styling, but for its appearance as a time machine in the Back to the Future films. The franchise is now celebrating its 30th anniversary and you can finally build your own time machine, out of a Pepsi can. Pepsi sponsored the original movies, so you MUST use a Pepsi can for this project. If you use some other kind of can then there's no telling what could go wrong. Consider yourself warned. YouTuber DaveHax has filmed a how-to and even provided templates for the car. RELATED: Check out images of the 1982 DeLorean DMC-12
He used markers to draw on some of the details, but he fashions the bulk of the car out of the Pepsi can.
