Infiniti ESQ Looks Even Worse in a Chrome Wrap
For those that don’t know, the Infiniti ESQ is essentially a Chinese version of the Nissan Juke Nismo that Infiniti tried to hide from the world. Well, it's here people, and it's hitting the Chinese market in October. But before it does, Infiniti decided it needed to show off the little crossover in a different way. The brand placed a silver-wrapped ESQ outside of a Chinese mall in Beijing, placing it on top of a platform covered in mirrors for maximum exposure. RELATED: Check Out the Hopped-Up Nissan Juke Nismo
Like the Juke Nismo, the ESQ has a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder that makes 197 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. The ESQ will offer an interior that’s a bit more upscale than that of the Juke NISMO, and pricing will start around $32,525.
Aside from its polarizing face, it's probably the gaudiest thing we've seen in a long time. I mean, look at those wheels even. Good news is that the whole goal was to get the attention of Chinese customers. Well, they definitely succeeded with that.
