Voomeran Volkswagen Golf is Where Street Meets Track

Usually, lowering a car results in a lot of trade-offs, mainly in terms of a rougher ride and scraping the front fascia on every driveway. Well, with this Voomeran Volkswagen Golf Mk2, Osaka, Japan-based Euro Magic is hoping to have a ride that doesn’t sacrifice comfort, even with an incredibly low stance. The crew started with a Golf Cup car that was once raced in Japan’s Golf-only spec series, gave it a front-lip spoiler, a black-painted grille, and Hella fog lamps to go along with yellow headlights. The look is finished off by removing the front bumper and installing “overfenders” which extend 35mm from the side of each wheelwell. These overfenders are painted satin black and are used to give the car a JDM look. Overall, it adds up to a nice race car for the street look. We can picture this Golf being used to commute from car show to car show instead of being trailered, and we bet it turns plenty of heads.
