Watch The 529HP BMW 30 Jahre M5 Drift Like a Dream [w/Video]
BMW is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the M5 with a special "30 Jahre M5" that is the most powerful version of the car that has ever been built. It boasts 529 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque that make it a beautiful monster. They decided to show it off a little by drifting their beast around Munich's Olympic Stadium. BMW is producing this special edition M5 in very limited quantities. Only 300 units will hit the streets, so the likelihood of getting your hands on one is slim. Instead, they created this video to show you what you're missing by not having one parked in your driveway.

Not only is this the most powerful M5, it's also the most powerful car in the brand's history. It posts a 0-62 MPH time of just 3.9 seconds, beating the standard M5 by .4 seconds and has a top speed of 155 MPH. Of course, that's just the electronically limited top speed not the top speed the car can actually hit.
If you want your car to go faster, then all you have to do is opt for the M Driver's Package. That does away with the pesky electronic limiter and lets you take your 30 Jahre M5 all the way up to 190 MPH.
