Monster Trucks Look Best in Slow-Mo [Video]

There are a few things that nobody wants to see captured in slow motion footage. A fat guy streaking and Steve-O swallowing a goldfish both fit the bill. But monster trucks plowing over unloved ‘70s sedans? Yup, we could get used to more of that. This footage was shot last weekend at "The Buck" in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and it shows just that – a pair of big-wheeled, rear-steered demons helping to recycle old junkers in their own special way. And though it might seem like just a bunch of good ‘ole boy fun, there’s some serious engineering involved in building one of these monsters … not to mention a whole lot of money. The tires alone retail for around $2,500 each. RELATED: See Photos of the 2014 KiraVan Exploratory Vehicle Via: Autoevolution
