Justin Bieber Arrested for DUI, Street Racing in Miami Beach
Pop star Justin Bieber was arrested last night in Miami for drag racing, driving under the influence, and resisting arrest. How far has this celeb fallen? He was so cute in The Parent Trap– no, wait, nevermind. On to this story… According to Boston.com, two Miami Beach police officers spotted two cars drag racing at 4:09am, with two separate cars used to block off an intersection. The first car was a yellow Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, and it was racing against a red Ferrari, which we have determined is a F430 Scuderia Spider 16M. PHOTOS: See more of the Lamborghini Gallardo

The Lambo was being driven by Bieber, with a model by the name of Chantel in the passenger’s seat (lead image taken before incident, with Chantel driving). The red Ferrari was driven by Khalil, a rapper for Def Jam records– he was also arrested. Bieber was given a field sobriety test at the scene and presumably failed. Both cars were towed from the scene and the Miami Beach Policed confined the whole incident via Twitter.
The first time you are nailed for drag racing in Florida, you lose your license for a year, have to pay a fine between $500 and $1000, and could pull a sentence of up to six months. We’re sure he can afford the fine, but we doubt he’ll ever see the inside of a jail cell.
Based on the photo, Bieber’s Lamborghini is a 2010-2012 or newer Gallardo Spyder (a 2013 Gallardo Coupe is shown above), making 560 horsepower from a 5.2-liter V10. It can go from 0-60 in 4 seconds, on the way to a top speed of 201 horsepower. Khalil’s Ferrari is actually a little more special– the Scuderia Spider 16M was built to commemorate Ferrari’s 16th Formula 1 Constructor’s Championship in 2008. It features a 503-horsepower 4.3-liter V8. The 16M can get from 0-60 in just 3.7 seconds and hit a top speed of 196 mph.

We only include the vehicle specs to point out how stupid it was for these two to be racing such high performance cars in what is essentially a residential area. Just think how much trouble Bieber is going to get in when the Gallardo's replacement, the Lamborghini Huracan, arrives in dealerships this year.
