Black Swan Racing Set to Field a SLS AMG GT3

Just about all automotive enthusiasts are enamored with the lore of the original Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing, which is why the motoring world was excited to learn of the arrival of the new SLS-AMG. Though the "New Gullwing" makes for a great roadcar, the original 300SL was based on a racecar, which is why it is always exciting to see a modern SLS racecar, like the one being fielded by Black Swan Racing. The Boston-based racing team is pumped to be running a Mercedes-Benz SLS-AMG GT3 in the Pirelli World Challenge. Specifically, within the series, Black Swan Racing will compete in the GT Class Championship. Surprisingly, the SLS has yet to race in the United States. The car will be fielded by driver and team manager Tim Pappas. He will embark upon round one of the Pirelli World Challenge Series, tomorrow in St. Petersburg.
