Hooniverse Digs Up a Classic Car Mecca

Glucker is at it again. The maestro of all things Hoon is down in Texas and has discovered a mecca of classic American cars. The town of Nocona Texas, on the TX-OAK border is home to a little over 3,000 people. It is there that Jeff found the Vicari Auction Company, headed by Pete Vicari. And then there's Pete Horton of the Horton Collection. The two Pete's are teaming up to create a new hub of classic cars in Texas, and want to celebrate it with a weekend-long event. If you find yourself in North Texas on April 19th or 20th, head on down to Nocona. There will be a series of events, car showed, even small-scale version of Corvettes at Carlisle. Glucker is going to try and make his way down there for the events, and we'll be sure to head over to Hooniverse to hear his take on whether or not the Nocona show can rival other classic car gatherings.
