No SRT Viper For You, Europe

Being arguably the biggest reveal of 2012, the all-new SRT Viper had quite a pair of shoes to fill following the snake's market departure in 2006 and then again in 2010. But with new management at the helm of Chrysler, the Detroit group was adamant in their appeal for an all-American, high-powered super-snake. So much so in fact, that those grubby Europeans won't even get their hands on it. What was thought to be the first new supercar from Chrsler/SRT to make a worldly appearance, new reports from suggests otherwise. Unlike the all-new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, the SRT Viper will not be available to European buyers as the company wants to regain focus in the American market. Lest you forget, the Viper holds a $120K price tag and a monstrous 640-hp 8.4L V10. All of which, staying stateside. PHOTOS: See more of the 2013 SRT Viper
