You can also race them against cars from different series.

If Forza Motorsport 6 is starting to run out of gas for you, the newly available NASCAR Expansion might get the motor running again thanks to two-dozen extra cars and an additional track for the already feature-rich Xbox One game.

As the expansion’s name suggests, this pack is all about high-speed, close-quarters racing. For $20, players get 24 cars in their 2016 liveries from some of the biggest teams in NASCAR, including Joe Gibbs Racing, Chip Ganassi Racing, Stewart-Haas Racing, Hendrick Motorsports, and Team Penske. Plus, the addition of Homestead-Miami Speedway lets racers try out the vehicles around a famous track. To complete the experience, the game’s developer also incorporates a more complex drafting model that better fits the series’ tight competition, and there are now rolling starts, too.

The expansion also includes the NASCAR World Tour racing campaign that puts the series’ cars on tracks around the world against a diverse array of vehicles. The developer claims it adds 10 hours of gameplay. As the video above shows, the challenges include racing against World Endurance Championship prototypes at Le Mans and taking on the IndyCar Series at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It sounds like a great way to get more out of the game until the next installment inevitably arrives.
