When Nissan released its new 2007 model-year Sentra at the Detroit Motor Show in January this year, the sporty version of the new car, the Sentra SE-R, remained a secret. We can now reveal the look of the new car as our spires managed to shoot it testing on the German Autobahn.

Crisp angles, fender flares, and a broad arching roofline will give the new Sentra a far more modern look than the rounded shape of the outgoing model. The new SE-R is differentiated from the standard Sentra by a bolder front airdam, bigger wheels and performance tires, and a rear deck spoiler lip at the top of the boot lid. The SE-R also gets more power and beefier brakes than standard Sentras.
