Only 2,250 black-and-yellow trucks will be produced.
Set to arrive at dealerships later this month, this new Ram Stinger Yellow 1500 Sport has a bright yellow paint job that is identical to the one used on the Ram 1500 Yellow Rose of Texas. The truck will be available exclusively in a Crew Cab configuration and all models will come equipped with a ventilated hood, a dual exhaust system, and 20- or 22-inch alloy wheels.
The sporty styling continues in the cabin as designers installed black leather seats with colored "sport mesh" inserts. The seats also feature "Sport" embroidery, Ram logos on the headrests, and yellow contrast stitching. Rounding out the changes are Light Black Chrome trim and an 8.4-inch Uconnect infotainment system with GPS navigation and a rearview camera.
Power is provided by a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine that produces 395 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque. The engine is connected to an eight-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission which can be paired to an optional four-wheel-drive system. This setup should enable the truck to return up to 15 miles per gallon city, 22 mpg highway, and 17 mpg combined.
Production will be limited to 2,250 units and pricing starts at $44,340.
