Abarth variant priced from $28,195.

Fiat has announced the 2017 124 Spider will be priced from $24,995 in the United States.

The entry-level 124 Spider Classica features a stylish exterior with halogen headlights and a dual exhaust system.  The model also has LED taillights and 16-inch alloy wheels.

The interior largely carries over from the Mazda MX-5 but customers will find premium cloth seats, silver accents, and a six-speaker audio system. Other highlights a leather-wrapped steering wheel and a remote keyless entry system with a push-button ignition.

Power is provided by a turbocharged 1.4-liter MultiAir four-cylinder engine that produces 160 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. It is connected to a six-speed manual transmission but a six-speed automatic gearbox is available for an additional $1,350.

Moving up to the $27,495 Lusso variant rewards buyers with a modestly revised exterior that includes a silver-painted windshield surround, a chrome dual exhaust system, and larger 17-inch alloy wheels.  The model also boasts heated leather seats, piano black accents, and an infotainment system with a seven-inch display.

Buyers looking for something sportier can order the 124 Spider Abarth which starts at $28,195.  The model features unique bumpers, a sport-tuned suspension, and a mechanical limited-slip differential.  Other highlights include a strut tower brace, a four-tailpipe exhaust system, and 17-inch alloy wheels with Gun Metal accents.

Last but not least, the limited edition Prima Edizione Lusso variant starts at $35,000 and features an exclusive Azzurro Italia exterior and premium leather seats.  Buyers will also receive a blue leather bag, a journal, and a "poster showcasing original design illustration with vehicle dimensions."
