Peugeot is presenting the Traveller MPV in Geneva where it is being showcased together with the i-Lab VIP 3.0 Shuttle concept.

Joining sister models Citroën Spacetourer and Toyota Proace in Geneva, the Traveller is a brand new people carrier that comes to life as a result of the alliance between PSA Peugeot Citroën and Toyota Motor Europe. All three of them will be available as MPVs as well as in shuttle versions for business purposes.

Speaking of which, the i-LAB VIP 3.0 Shuttle is a business-oriented concept of the Traveller and comes with several extras inside the cabin. The biggest change is the adoption of a massive 32-inch tablet installed on an arch pivot, so it can be moved around from one passenger to the other. The tablet was created in collaboration with Samsung and can work in a split-screen mode creating four mini tablets. The high-tech concept has also received a Focal sound system and a console-mounted roof incorporating several displays as well as built-in LED lights.

As for the regular Traveller, it will soon enter production phase at PSA Peugeot Citroën’s plant in Valenciennes, France where the Citroën Spacetourer and Toyota Proace will also be assembled. All three will share the powertrains, equipment, and the other technical features, but with slightly different exterior and interior designs.
