The announcement leverages Kotsu Times Sha Co.’s joint venture investment in to provide online motorsports content, video and interactive multimedia in Japan.

As part of the agreement, will hold a 51% percent stake and Kotsu Times Sha will own 49%.

The strategic partnership between the two companies will expand’s worldwide footprint with the launch of the Japanese-based digital platform, – JAPAN, the company’s 18th global edition.
