Several official images of Aston Martin’s brand new DB11 have hit the web ahead of tomorrow’s premiere in Geneva.

After months of waiting, we finally have fully revealing images with Gaydon’s replacement for the DB9 and dare we say it was well worth the wait. The evolutionary design remains faithful to the DB theme, but nicely updated for the new generation and at the same time creating a highly desirable exterior styling. We saw the front fascia almost two weeks ago and now we take a gander at the rest of the car which has an interesting C pillar.

The DBX-inspired heavily sloped roofline creates a dramatic side profile while design cues from James Bond’s DB10 are clearly visible, including the alloy wheel design which seems pretty much identical. The rear end is outright sexy and it seems the trunk hosts a built-in spoiler which is probably raised automatically at a certain speed. The C-shaped taillights resemble those of the Vanquish or the more exclusive One-77 while the partially glossy bumper hosts two large exhaust tips featuring a metallic finish.

Although photos of the interior are not available at this point, previous spy shots have shown prototypes featuring many bits and pieces sourced from Mercedes-Benz. However, it’s unclear at this point whether these have actually found their way into the production car.

Upon launch, the Aston Martin DB11 will be powered exclusively by a new biturbo 5.2-liter V12 engine which is said to deliver approximately 600 horsepower (447 kilowatts.) It will be joined in the years to come by a smaller biturbo 4.0-liter V8 unit sourced from Mercedes-AMG, but probably further tuned for the DB11.

A full reveal of the DB11 will take place tomorrow on the dawn of the Geneva Motor Show.
