Mercedes-AMG is introducing a sporty body kit for select versions of the A Class facelift.

The new package includes four attachment parts for the body which also gains a set of sporty side strips to complete the look. The add-on parts include a front splitter (€470), side-sill extensions (€790), rear apron trim with diffuser-look (€470), and additional rear flics (€185.) Go for the AMG sport strips and you pay an additional €200.

All of the body parts are made using thermoforming technology and come as standard with a glossy black finish. Mercedes-AMG mentions the bits and pieces were developed in such a way as to make assembly a breeze, so the attachments can be fitted very fast.

The new items can be fitted only on the A250 Sport (4MATIC) and all of the A Class models in AMG Line specification. All the prices mentioned above are applicable in Germany and include 19% VAT.

Mercedes-AMG says a similar body kit will be launched in June for the C Class Cabriolet and the CLA facelift. The latter hasn’t been officially revealed yet, but through this announcement now we know for sure the market launch will occur in the near future. Mercedes has some big premieres for next week’s Geneva Motor Show, so the company will probably wait until April or May to unveil the facelifted CLA (and GLA.)
