Larte Design will be using the Geneva Motor Show to introduce its new Mercedes V Class Black Crystal. Described as a private jet for the road, the V-Class Black Crystal has an aggressive front bumper with two inlaid crystals that symbolize the name of the tuning package. The van has also been equipped with LED daytime running lights, a revised grille, and a new rear bumper.

Described as a private jet for the road, the V-Class Black Crystal has an aggressive front bumper with two inlaid crystals that symbolize the name of the tuning package. The van has also been equipped with LED daytime running lights, a revised grille, and a new rear bumper.

Bigger changes occur in the cabin as Larte has enlisted to Klassen to build an ultra-luxurious interior inspired by private jets.  The company declined to go into specifics but the model has premium leather and Alcantara upholstery, wood trim, and a partition that separates the driver from the rear seat passengers.  The model has also been equipped with a flat screen television, an Alpine audio system, and a minibar.  Other highlights include a biometric safe, rear privacy curtains, retractable tables, and hidden charging ports.

There's no word on performance specifications but the V Class can be equipped with a 2.1-liter four-cylinder diesel engine that develops 134 horsepower and 243 pound-feet of torque.  Customers can also select from two more powerful variants with have outputs of 160 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque as well as 187 hp and 324 lb-ft of torque.
